Mara Wakim has more than twelve years’experience in the early childhood education sector.
Mara was appointed the general manager of Succeed Consultancy in 2010, and in 2021 Mara became the owner and CEO. She continues to work with clients to bring centres to life, right from the initial centre and business plan stages to creating successful centres for all stakeholders involved. The key to this success is a tailored approach and an understanding every centre and every client is unique.
Mara will continue to grow Succeed Consultancy in the coming years and is passionate about working with centre owners and directors to deliver excellence in early childhood education.
Before joining Succeed, Mara has extensive experience in people and business management and consultancy across several sectors. Mara also holds a Bachelor of commerce in human resource management and management.
Kathryn De Boer
Childcare Business Consultant
20+ years of early education experience. Kathryn has been an Approved Provider, Director, Teacher, and Trainer. She holds multiple qualifications and is passionate about mentoring, helping clients excel in their early education journey.
Tanya Cannavo
Childcare Business Consultant
25+ years of Early Childhood experience. Previously Operations Manager (2008–2015), she specializes in training, mentoring, and guiding educators. Tanya is passionate about fostering lifelong learning and enhancing children's development and learning.
Melissa Papworth
Bookkeeper
20+ years of accounting and business administration experience. A registered BAS agent, Melissa expertly manages bookkeeping, accounts, and payroll processes, ensuring seamless financial operations and valuable support for our clients.
Carmen Miller
Accounts and Payroll Assistance
Carmen joined the Succeed team in 2024 and brings with her 18 years of extensive bookkeeping experience across multiple industries. She works closely with Melissa across the bookkeeping and payroll function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for our clients.
